Our Agency provides this service to an individual client or to a group. The primary focus is to support the clients in maintaining their independence, personal health, and hygiene in their homes and also in supporting them to participate in community programs,

HPC services that we provide include but are not limited to meal planning and preparation, personal hygiene, grooming and dressing, o ral care, house maintenance, grocery shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, community outing, etc.

Our Direct Service Professionals (DSP) receive trainings specific to each person they serve. These trainings include focusing compassionately on things that matter most to the clients such as supporting the clients’ physical ,mental and behavioral needs. In addition, all staff undergo trainings on Usual Incident (UI) and Major Unusual Incident (MUI), Rights of Clients, Universal Precautions, Health and Medical Alerts. These trainings are required at the beginning of their initial service and repeated annually.
